bad random txt after upgrade to bgill's v3.2

I'm getting random texts after upgrading my ROM 2-3 days ago.. I don't think it has anything to do with bgill's code or anything but I'd REALLY like some answers as to what I have going on..

A few others after my flash to v3.2 I started receiving these very strange text messages.. they come at random hours of the day or night. And doesn't always have the same text.

This is exactly how it appears on my Omnia's text window in bgill's rom.

Anyone have any ideas what in the world this is? Times very - today for example - 653pm, 738pm. I bet I'll get 3 more of them by the time I'm a sleep tonight.

lol I reflashed the bgills rom this morning but still got one of those messages shortly after.

I guess I'll go back stock later today if I receive another just to test to see if I get one from a stock Verizon rom.

Once again - I'm in no way blaming bgill or anyone else for this.. just want to know if its something cooked in or that I need to let Verizon know about.

if you use VVM and its not installed after a rom flash, and you get voicmails or if you changed somethin in your voicebox you will get a text for each change that is made until you install VVM

it might be that or somethin else

I was about to say, that looks like visual voicemails. I get those when I forget to install Visual Voicemail after I flash. If you had signed up for it before, you will get those

ok guys thanks for the help.. I'll get this installed and see if that fixes me up. I didn't get any notifications last night which is rather suprising.

I have the same problem, too.
I have installed Blazingwolf Night Rom.

This may be good news for bgill's v3.2...
I had same problem with SMS messages from 900080001050 and poked around Google a bit. Found others who related this to their mobile IM settings. I went to mine here and fixed it by removing my device. It appears that whenever I would sleep my laptop logged into trillian (yahoo) I would get the SMS right after. For Yahoo, look up
