cab for newer "base" roms

Seems as though some of the newer ROMs are being cooked up "bare" so that all who use them can personalize them their own way. Let me give you the cab file that I feel is most important to these 6.5 titanium "bare" roms. This is what you use to edit the panels of the titanium home page.
