Anyine get CoPilot 8 Live to work?

I can't acces the lower screen buttons with either the CF03 Verizon Flash or any cusyom

From what I've read on other forums... If you have a registered copy, if you email the folks over at copilot and have a valid reg key, they'll email you something that fixes it. I'll try to find the forum post that I found, but I've been too deep in forum reading to remember where it was. Srry

I have a legel copy. And I have had a case open with them for a week and no response.
