Build Question

Evening all,

I am taking the plunge and beginning to try to put together my first ROM. With that I began by reading Adryn's guide. I have gotten to the step to drap XIP.bin over DUMP.exe but nothing happens. The cmd prompt opens but then goes away a few seconds later.

What am I doing wrong?
