Omnia doesn't have to flash the carrier cab. Though he could and it might help.

I've tried the verzon flash through the website and it always stuck at 60%. And the emrgency download never worked. So I tried it with the umdl and thats how I got the phone to turn back on all the way.

Then I have a felling the cab won't help. Try it and let us know.

The dcd verizon carrier cab did nothing. I guess I will just keep trying to flash it from different computers. On my pc it keeps hanging at 60% sometimes for 30 mins!

Sigh. You really should read and then read again before you try to do this stuff. It can and will leave your phone bricked if you are not careful.

The cab can go any where on your phone. Then you need to explore to the location you put the cab file and tap on it to start the install.
