Re: OMNIA or DIAMOND ????
as a former diamond owner and current omnia owner i'll say this i would go with the omnia the camera is great better battery life and to me a more responsive touch screen a vga screen would have been nice but even though it's lower res than diamond it is still very nice bright clear picture

Re: OMNIA or DIAMOND ????
If you can wait, the new whitestone (Verizon's Diamond 2 variant) look promising. It has already passed FCC.
"Whitestone will essentially be a larger-screened Diamond2 variant with a multimedia focus, which is evident in the media button on the front and a 5-megapixel camera." You might recall that there was a "Whitestone" in there, rumored to be packing a wide VGA display, 5 megapixel camera, and global GSM / CDMA support for Verizon sometime around September. http://pocketnow.com/rumor/htc-white...s-and-pictures New rendering - http://www.engadgetmobile.com/2009/0...endered-again/ |

Re: OMNIA or DIAMOND ????
Never touched a Diamond, but comin from a 6800 HTC Titan I have to say that the Titan had better reception...not by much.
But thats the ONLY thing the HTC had over the Omnia....I second the better battery live, and the enormous screen is a delight. |
