Outlook/Manage Folders

I saw a reference to this option the other day and thought "awesome, i can finaly stop outlook from auto deleting my messages!"...

So i go to manage folders, select a folder and hold...

and the options are greyed out, WTF!
OK, stop send and receive... no go
ok... kill active sync... no go...

anyone know the magic word to use so that outlook will let me into these options?

Re: Outlook/Manage Folders

No one else has this problem? Or does no one else mind that the inbox auto deletes files after a day or two?

Re: Outlook/Manage Folders

What exactly are you saying? That Outlook automatically DELETES mail after a few days, or, that your phone will only sync the last few days of mail with your Exchange server?

There's a huge difference.

Re: Outlook/Manage Folders

Sounds like you need to go to ActiveSync... Menu... Options and work with the Email settings there.
