Need Help: Phone Partly Un-WM6.5-ized

I am currently running Adrynn's 3.0 CF03 rom and i really like it. The only problem that i have had with it is that i changed my today screen backround and then my phone was partly un-wm6.5-ized. what i mean by this is that my taskbar was chaanged and the menu system went back to being small just like on wm6.1 and past versions. i have no idea what the problem is because i flashed to a backup from before the issue and it happened again. so i am basically lost. i tried a hard reset and it fixed the problems but evertytime i restore using SPB backup and it usually restores everything but maybe it did too much. What i am basically asking is if there is a cab that could get my menues and taskbars back to wm6.5 style?

ps. this is the second time this has happened to me.

There is no cab. I recommend HR, and restore ONLY your contacts. If i had a penny for every time we figured out that a restore from a backup messed everything up. I personally never use a backup other than contacts/calender/tasks. It may take a little longer, but manually re-setting everything up will make sure that anything weird that was there durring the backup doesn't get put back in.

Doesn't this happen when you use a non 6.5 theme? Just apply a 6.5 theme again and you are back in business

i didnt install a theme i just put a different jpeg as my backround and then it happened i still dont know why, but i just HR'd and then reinstalled everything

access the large display program under settings and make sure the "Use large Start Menu" box is cleared, and not checked. that fixed it for me.

i just tested it and that should fix your problem. if the box is not checked when you open for the first time, then check it and close the program, and open it again and disable it.
