ISSUES with CF03 Based ROM From Adrynalyne 3.0

I am having an issue where i install programs to the "MY STORAGE", and after a soft reset. "some" of the apps icons dissappear. the buttons are still there and usable, but you cant see the icon (pic) anymore the icon in its place is the typical Windows icon white w/ blue header. I installed the same apps to the main hard drive, and they dont do this. any ideas? obviously i want to install my apps in "my storage" because after a couple apps there is no room left on the main hard drive.
