Can't configure Inbox folder options

I'm using Adryn's vanilla 1.0 ROM and my Windows Live inbox is only displaying the last 3 days of mail. When I go to Manage Folders | Folder Options on the Inbox folder, any changes that I make will not commit. For example, I de-select "Only display messages from the last ___ days", hit OK, and the changes don't commit. None of the changes that I make in this screen will commit.

Any ideas?
