Anybody Help me with rom?

I Need to know what Make Hv.cmd and all the other tools are suppose to do. Btw I was so close to finishing rom until cgta.exe is a directory not a file popped up. Im tuck on the drag. osnb. to buildRom

The error means that you have a module and a file with the same name (ctga.exe). A module is a folder with the base parts of the file in it. You will need to delete on or the other to get this error to stop.
