Battery takes long to charge

Hi all.
After upgrading to the newest firmware my phone was fine when charging when empty.Now after a while it take very long to charge,about 3 hours.
Is this normal.

charinging with the power adapter? or usb? usb usually takes a little longer then usually but not 3 hours. which color battery do you have? black or blue?
