Would shutting off the WiFi improve my battery life?

Or would I be missin sumpin without WiFi on? I'm pretty sure I'm not usin it...though I could in my house I guess...course, I have a PC for gettin online when I'm home, so....

Thoughts?

for sure... i hardly ever turn mine on unless im using wmwifirouter. anything like wifi or bluetooth os gonna drain your battery down.

wifi uses alot more power than bluetooth. the only time I notice a much drain with bluetooth is long phone convo's or listening to music, but that's not because of the bluetooth, it's the extra power for radio/card/proc
but turning off wifi & bt when not using is a decent habit to get into due to possible security issues.
