Is there a way to transfer a google voice account?

I have had a google voice account ever since grand central. Never ended up using it because I'm married and have a business and all them phones ringing just to get me was little overkill. ie there are people at all the locations even when I'm on the road, so who ends up answering???? I don't use it.
Is there a way to transfer it to someone else. If you figure out a way, I'll let you have it. Maybe it's open to everyone now, I haven't checked. But if not, mine is available.

the only thing is you will get his number. you wont be able to pick your own number

I can change all of the phone numbers to a generic number and transfer. I can change the email (to whoever wants it) and make a generic password to transfer the account. The Google voice number will not change.
