Re: CF03 battery driver

Its not the driver. The standard windows locking program has something running. If you use s2u2 that problem should change. I am back to 2 days with regular use without a charge needed.

So you're using the 1% on 6.5 and you're not experiencing any battery drainage?

Re: CF03 battery driver

I don't know about anyone else, but I tried the 1% and 5% drivers on Adryn's 6.5 v 3.0 ROM and they both work, providing the 1% and 5% increments, but both hammer my battery. I've tried using both the standard 6.5 lock screen and S2U2 and the battery drain is the same for both.

I was able to use the 1% driver on 6.1, CC20 without any drain but that ended when I flashed to CF03 / 6.5. I don't know if its the CF03 or the 6.5 that's causing the battery drain using the modified battery drivers, but I basically can't use them now.

I occasionally re-try the drivers every couple of weeks, hoping something has changed in my setup that will allow me to use them without the battery drain, or hoping that the drain is just in my head. I keep going back to the original driver.

For me, when using the modified driver(s), the battery drain is out of control and the difference is very noticeable (compared to the stock driver) when the network load is high (i.e. when I'm streaming music or a podcast using the Ev connection).

In my opinion, a working battery driver in 1-5% increments is #1 on my 'must have' list. 20% increments for a smartphone, which is obviously going to have a high power demand, is just plain stupid.

Re: CF03 battery driver

I dont know if its my phone or what I have downloaded and uninstalled too many of these battery increment things. They dont seem to work on my phone. I followed the instructions but I but I get an error. I installed the Certs.cab then made the back up. When I placed the drvr with "64" It says "there is already a zylonite_drvr.. would you like to replace" I goto yes I get an error. After a soft reset, does nothing. I really hate this 20% battery thing. I rather hear it beep warning me of low battery at 5 or 10 percent.
