Wireless Sync Question

Is it possible to sync with my computer over the web WITHOUT getting charged by Verizon for it?

Re: Wireless Sync Question

Try the SEVEN Beta Test....

http://www.seven.com

it uses Exchange OWA to push e-mail out, so no client required. I would be trying it but my company OWA is down...I too am looking for a WSYNC Alternative.

Re: Wireless Sync Question

I've been using Google Calendar Sync to sync my Outlook Calendar to my google calendar and exported by Outlook contacts to gmail.

Then I use google mobile sync to sync my gmail contacts and google calendar to the phone. I've been using it for a week and it seems to be working perfectly.

Re: Wireless Sync Question

I'm trying Emoze right now as an alternative...so far so good. Not the best out there, but if it saves me $145 a year then I'd say it might be worth it.

I use mail2web. You pay $5 a month, but its true Activesync with Microsoft Outlook 2007. Check it out at http://www.mail2web.com. Click on Mobile Email at the top. You get 60 days for free, before you have to pay. It's nice for when you're out and about and all of sudden you need to perform a hard reset. All you have to do is plug in your Activesync settings and viola, contacts, calendar, and email are restored. Have had to do this a couple times with my touch pro. I've tried Seven and I though it drained my battery... Since Seven is still beta I ran into a couple of bugs, not to mention it was another program that had to run behind the scenes and take up more ram...
