Wierd Text Message Notifications

When I upgrade to any of the cooked roms 6.1 or 6.5 on the Omnia, I get text messages that say something like //VWMVVMBBS001:VVM002N1d395771085aab05244afb8fd9 and some more characters. I think they get sent to me when I get a voicemail message, but I am not sure. Has anyone experienced this? I want to make these crazy text messages go away. I don't get them if I used the official ROM. I am on Verizon network if that makes a difference.

it looks like it's formatted for Visual VoiceMail. Did you have it installed at one point?

i would agree if not installed atleast setup somewhere and is sending something to your phone and that is not supported because you dont have a certin app installed.

I used to get texts formatted like that when I had a old LG phone with ESPN MVP and went to the omnia. Verizon still tried to send me texts thinking I had the ESPN MVP software, but I didn't. It's got to be some software you had on the original rom and don't have on the flashed one.

it happens when you get a voicemail when VVM is not installed. I noticed it whe ni switched to Adrynalyne's rom. I never had that problem wit Wozzer's or the stock rom, but since Adry. doesnt have VVM in his rom you will see the text. just install the cab and it will go away

Reinstalling Visual Voicemail did the trick. I guess it's still activated. Thanks for help.
