If you can get active sync to talk to the phone, try a remote "desktop" for your phone

I like the sound of this, I will try it and post my results I really hope this works. I did a hard reset so by default it should be activesync instead of mass storage, or at least I hope this is the case.

People like yourself make the world a pretty decent place to live.I dragged the folders I need to save them on my desktop and burned a copy for safe keeping.
