phone goes to sleep and wont turn on

i did try and search using google and things, cant find an answer. i have 6.5 flashed over cc20. for the last week my phone some times wont turn back on. what i mean is im on it, and using it. i put it in my pocket and when i pull it again its off. i cant get it to do anything unless i pull the batt or push in the reset button.
any ideas?
this has happened a few times over the past week.
yes i have checked all my settings in my power menu.

Which 6.5 ROM are you running? You need to make sure you are running one of the chefs older ROMs built off of CC20. Their newest ones run off of CF03 and since (seeing from your post) you are running CC20, you will most certainly have some freaky deaky issues if you run a CF03 cooked ROM on top of your CC20

mine started this after the CF03 flash.... so i guess its something wrong with it... and it does not happen all the time

I've run into it a few times myself. Generally, the phone is a bit warmer on the lower back side as well. I am thinking there is some app running in the background I need to make sure I quit before throwing it in my pocket.

its a software issue you'll need to hr and slowly install apps to troubleshoot

I have this problem w/ 6.5.

Two apps that seem to cause it are PocketTwit and G-Alarm.

My basic conclusion is that if there's something using .net then it's probably going to screw things up on 6.5.

That could be wrong, but not installing .net apps keeps my phone powered on, no matter how much I dislike using CeTwit.

my phone was turning off all the time, and it was a lose battery. the ghetto fix is i now have a little piece of paper in between the battery and phone, no more resets since then.

im running Adryn's cc20 6.5 Vanilla version 4.2

ya, the back of my phone seems warm too. i would think that if a program is running that you would be able to wake the phone up sence its "in use".
a lose battery does make sence too considering that the little power light on the power button on the top of the phone is not and does not light up.
glad im not the only one. i thought i was going crazy.
