If you all have the same problem and its doing the same thing then maybe you should find out what you all have in comman thats on your phones and then if it is a software glitch it will be easier to find. Doubt the warm battery has any thing to do with it. If you have followed all the instructions to get to rom release than it should work like everybody elses. I have never had that problem. Is the power still on when it blacks out or is the resum button not working.

i have the same problem also... it seems the power bit still functions but the phone hangs when trying to wake up. a few times i have pressed the button to wake it up ans let it sit and it will eventually come back up but its usually really slow and requires a soft reset anyway

I have noticed that Galarm will slow things down a bit.

Any chance any of you are running MemMaid? I had that problem w/ Adryn's CC20 ROM's, he told me to get rid of MemMaid (since clear temp was there already) and haven't had a problem/lock up since.

mine is deff. the battery. i have flashed ROMs and currently running the new stock ROM and if I remove the little piece of paper my phone will turn off if i strike the back battery door hard enough no matter what software or ROM version im running.

mine does this as well but has just started, the only thing i can think of that would be causing it on my omnia is the reg hack i did recently for WOT (wake on text). I think it happens for me when i receive a text my phone then wakes but if i do not get to my phone by the time it goes to sleep ithas issues coming out of sleep. I usually press the end button a couple time along with the power button and it comes back. sucks!

Im having this issue too. I didnt notice it on the VZW CF03 Release but i dont think i used it enough to notice it. Im running adryns 6.5 vanilla. I have a feeling it may be Google Maps, I have it set to share my location on latitude. I also se PocketTwit but i dont have it set to run in the background and auto update. Its just weird bc its been running since friday with no issues or reboots but today it locked up twice

im really lost now. ive been having issues with this off and on since i got the phone. nothing has seemed to help(phone and battery have both been replaced) all the applications that ppl are trying to contribute it to, im not running... heres what i have installed
rom= Adrynaline's v1.0 CF03 WM6.5 bubble level google maps pandora bing resco explorer konami freeplay mobile netflicks im pretty anal about leaving stuff running about yhe only tbing i will let sit open is opera. whats everyone else got? |
