Samsung opened their virtual device lab for Windows Mobile developers

Since Windows Mobile platform supports many form factors from many manufacturers, so it is difficult to test some programs on all possible hardware configurations. It's not a download. It is a java app that runs in your browser.

I just finished playing with this and here's how it worked for me. You sign up with Samsung Mobile Innovator (for free) and you reserve the phone for anywhere from 30 min to 2 hrs.

Once you do that, you will be prompted to download lab.dev, a java applet.

From there, it's all up to you. Happy developing!
