*228 doesnt work for me..nothing shows up...and anyone got a spare 3.5 mm adapter?

*228 and all the other codes don't pop up for me

when I enter it in, nothing happens..

this may sound stupid but do you remember to hit send. those numbers dial out no menu is supposed to pop up.

lol it's not this way on the mogul or the touch pro.

i thought it was like one of those special config menu with epst and qpst
