Where is my fm recording stored?

I recorded a speech today that was broadcast over fm. I ran out of space after about 20 minutes and now I get the message that storage memory is critically low. It says I need to move files to my card. I just now found that I could have recorded to the card to begin with. But I cant find my recording. Probably stupido question but help would be appreciated.
