cool, nice to have an official response and not be completely in the dark. hopefully the version that is released is bug free and is worth the wait.

Can someone point me to a definitive thread that has the latest rom update along with instructions, etc.? The last time I went to the update forum there were threads there with thousands of replies talking about cooked updates with different names, etc. It's extrmely confusing and I don't want to pick the wrong one or download an old version, etc.

many people are posting ROMs for the Omnia in the Omnia Upgrades section. I can't tell you what the definitive one is, but each page has a change log on it.

I have the i910 from Verizon. I'm looking for the most popular, most stable, the one that most of the experts on this forum are using.

Well first and foremost you have to flash to the leaked CC20 before going to any custom ROMS. But once you do that There are 3 chefs here and all their ROMS are great. Personally I use Adrynalyne's stuff, but Blazingwolf and Bgill's stuff is awesome too

Take omegas advice lightly though since he likes to stay behind the bleaading egde and hasnt flashed 4.0.1 haha...

Seriously though, I love seeing people about to take that next step to becoming a flashaholic.

yeah the only reason I didn't flash the new one yet is because I don't feel like setting everything up again...haven't jumped on the Sashimi bandwagon yet...
