Internet issues?

Cant get on Internet for some reason. It is asking me for a username and password. Anyone else with this problem?

Are you checking the remember password box?

On another note I know that I have gotten that screen and not put anything in and checked save password and it worked. Your mileage may vary on this one.

i spoke to verizon and they said here in western pa and ohio that there were outages and this was causing data issues

when u go into the connections section the "save password" check box does not appear...

True. If your device is having an issue with it though and you try to connect it should pop up a entry screen for your user name and password. This screen does have the save password box.

okay...I removed the password...tried to open Opera, I got the network log on window put in my password, and checked the "save password" box

did a soft reset and again the password is missing...

How long did you wait? If you did an immediate soft reset the the information was not given enough time to save that info. You need to wait at least 30 seconds before doing the reset.

No...it doesn't matter how long I wait...30 seconds or 2 days...everytime I soft reset the password disappears....Its been going on for about a month now...but its not a big deal so i didn't bother to ask about it...

just chiming in that I have been having the same problem...
