Caller Id Problem

I have looked and looked for an answer to this question but cannot seem to find one, so I apologize if this has already been answered.

Ive had my omnia for 3 months now. The caller id doesnt usually work. Sometimes it will be cut off so that you can see a tiny bit of the numbers at the top but usually there just isnt anything at all.

The only time when I really know whos calling is when my girlfriend does and thats cause she has a pic so the pic comes up.....

Any solutions? Suggestions, thanks!

Re: Caller Id Problem

Sometimes it is because a lot of people have their accounts set with their phone company to not show up on those people's phones that they call. Especially some banks and other businesses.
I bet if someone calls you that you have entered in your contacts then their name and number comes up.
