I need alot of help

i need help
i have the omnia i910
i installed the new rom from samsung
everything works fine on the phone
but only the video does not work
its moves like 25 frames per sec
not like how it was 30 frames per sec
i have it set to 320x240
like it was when i got the phone
and this is the 5th omnia so far
verizon let me get new ones
but it seems that even the ones with the old roms
cant do it anymore
sucks..........................
anyone knows if there is a app that can speed
up the frame fate for video thanks
