Re: Fix for CC20 Threaded SMS Bug
This fix didn't work for me at all. After installing the cab and soft resetting my phone twice, it still isn't quite working for me. I had someone send me a long message (and it got broken up into 3 messages as usual since Windows Mobile doesn't support enhanced messaging service afaik). Once all 3 messages arrived, I opened up the messages. As usual, the first message is highlighted in blue. But when I go back out it still shows that 2 of them are unread. I uninstalled the whole cab, rebooted, installed it again, rebooted on the prompt, and it still IS NOT working...
I can, however, click on the name and timestamp above each message in the threaded view one at a time and it clears them all out. But it's still rather redundant to have to click on each message. I am using just the plain CC20 ROM (not using any of the cooked ones since I haven't decided on which one I want yet) and SPB mobile shell 3 if that helps any... Am I doing something wrong here? |

Nope. Its a file.
Hoss sent me the original i910 file. I am testing it. Thanks Hoss! |
Re: Fix for CC20 Threaded SMS Bug
Ok, thanks for the reply Adryn.
I'll make the upgrade from my plain jane CC20 to your latest 6.1 cooked ROM and see if the fix works with that. Wish me luck |

Re: Fix for CC20 Threaded SMS Bug
Sometimes its an effort in futility to fix bugs from the ROM that started it all.
I'm not going to dwell on it much more. |
Re: Fix for CC20 Threaded SMS Bug
Like I said before, if this is the only concern w/ your ROM's (or any for that matter), I'm good with that. thanks for looking into it and trying to fix it
