Show chgFingerMouse in Buttons prefs?

So I have the app to change my mouse pointer installed to Windows/Startup, and I had seen the instructions to map a button to the app so that I can change the mouse pointer at will and shed this stupid stylus, BUT....when I try to map the button in the Buttons setting screen, the app doesn't show. What step am I missing?

There needs to be a shortcut to the file in the start menu.

Yeah...I was following the directions in the post that mistyped "Startup" for "Start Menu." I didn't think it made sense, but followed the directions anyway. Like Michael from the Office driving into the lake with his GPS.....
