Contact-Specific Notifications

Is there some sort of program that will allow me to set different notification sounds for each contact? I'm mostly trying to use this for SMS and MMS.

I don't know about sms & mms, but i use phonex and have set different ringtones when the person calls. but the again, i have just one ringtone set for sms and that's through phone alarm.
