Re: Physical Memory Low error
Do a hard reset, its in settings under system I believe. This will bring you back to original settings then from active sync you can reinstall the programs to the my storage area. Just remember to back up your contacts and etc. microsoft's new myphone is a pretty good option to back that type of stuff up.

Re: Physical Memory Low error
hold down the call and end buttons while doing a soft reset or hold them before turning on the phone untill the format menu comes up and hit format with the call button

Re: Physical Memory Low error
Try deleting some of the programs until you have enough room for MyPhone.
OR download MobileMonger (it's only 250kb) and it will show you which files are taking up the most room. Also, you might want to either re-route or delete your Opera cache.

Re: Physical Memory Low error
I had a similar issue. It seems the cache for Opera takes up quite a bit of memory on the phone side. To avoid this happening in the future, you should limit the size of Opera's cache by changing it in the advanced options.
I have actually disabled caching altogether (set cache size to 0) and haven't had any issues.
