Ringtones location & preview problem

Currently running Adry. V1.0 Rom and also MS3 if that matters any. I seem to have come upon a ringtone dilema. In the past, I had switched the Ringtone location to: My Storage and encountered no problems. Now I notice I only have 2 selections in Phone/Options/Settings to chose from: "HaHa & Windows_music". I even popped a ringtone in the Device/My Ringtones folder as mentioned somewhere in relation to this rom however that doesn't show up in the preview either.

Note: I have several .mp3 files still in the My Storage "root" which in the past was able to choose and use just fine.

Funny thing is I can see a ton of audio files under MS3's Ring Profile - Edit selection, however when choosing there, none stick.

Can anyone point me to some additional places to tinker around in the registry to fix this problem? I thought in: HKCU\ControlPanel\SoundCategories\Ring however everything appears fine in there.
