Exclamation hard reset problems

Performed a hard reset because the screen was not calibrated on the right side. Now that the phone is back up, its stuck in the calibrating screen. I tap the center then upper left then lower left then lower right then upper right. Then the phone acts like its in a loop and wants me to start over back in the middle of the screen. anyone else ran into this prob?

Thanks for the suggestion.....recalibrating the screen was the first thing we tried......this isn't our first rodeo.....just our first time on this type of bull. The hard reset was the last straw in fixing this.....I think the screen is hosed, we just wanted to see if anyone else had seen this and if there was a fix.

Re: hard reset problems

I did get back the phone through this program.

http://www.softpedia.com/progDownloa...ad-103552.html

This program is awesome and you can bypass the screen calibration. This program actually lets you take control of your mobile device thru a remote session.

Although I am going to take the fone back to VW for a replacement. The screen still wont calibrate.
