Internet On Metropcs OMNIA

Has anyone typed up the step by step on how to do this? I know there is a thread already, but I am confused. I am ones of those slow people that need a step by step. Can anyone help??? I don"t know the first thing on how to start. Please help. I beg you all. lol

Its in the title I have a verizon omnia flashed on metropcs

I would think the metropcs tech that flashed your phone would have set this up for you. Most of us use VZW and the phone auto dials the #777 to access the mobile broadband. You could try that or find out what number metropcs uses.

Hmmm well ur title said Metro PCS Omnia....but now I understand...well I don't know how u did that but...the flash may have broken ur settings for ur broadband connection...I don't know what these settings are for MetroPCS but on ur phone if you goto start/settings/connections click the connections icon and then click 'manage existing connections' there you "should" see ur phones ISP settings...

if it is not there or it is greyed out you will have to create a new one...

if it is there click 'edit' the next screen is where u can name the connection click next...

the next screen is the number ur phone dials for broadband access VZW's is #777...you will need to contact MetroPCS to find out what theirs is...

click next...

the next screen is the ISP user name and password which for VZW is ur 10 digit phone number ##########@vzw3g.com and the password is VZW

again these are all Verizon settings and may not work on Metros network...

but since u were able to get the phone to work on their network you may know something that I don't...hope this helps....
