Where in the registry?

Okay, after taking out the imarche thing for MS3 I have an error when I reboot. It is looking for ScanStatus.mscr, which was part of that program, where do I look in the registry to remove the reference for that at startup? the phone works fine, I just get that error at the today startup, I can click okay and everything will work fine, just want to remove that reference.

EDIT: nevermind, there was a link to it in the \windows\startup. I removed it and that no longer pops up.
