Help with Broadband....

I need some help regarding my broadband signal. It shows that I have "EV" but it won't connect. I called Verizon and they said they have not had any reports in my area (very populated area, where most have Verizon). I also asked some others in my area who have the Touch Pro and other Verizon PDA's in my area if they were having similar issues and they said no. I then thought it was my wireless internet conflicting but upon turning that off for an hour I still was having issues. I did however dl the 3min shut off cab...then I changed the registry setting back. I was wondering if anyone could look at the attached screen shot and see if these match what they have? I would like to avoid a hard reset but if it's my only option I will have to try it.

Thank You in Advance

On my stock ROM i910 my SuspendResume has the value of:

GPRS_bye_if_device_off

Aside from that the other values look the same
