2 questions

I am using SPB mobile trial and I can't see any indicator that I have a VM. There are 4 icons across the bottom. Email, text, missed call, and a star. I use Visual VM. Is there any way to set it up so I know there is one? I have people complaining that I am not checking VM's. LOL

The other question, is there any way to increase the ringtone volume? If my phone is in my purse I don't always hear it.

I'm not using mobile shell at the moment but in my experiences with it, another icon has appeared when and if i had a new voicemail. could someone verify this?

No setup required as far as I know. I installed via the .exe and not the .cab due to known issues many are having. Try the .exe if you haven't already.

It's SPB Mobile Shell 3... and the slickest UI to date IMO!

I never get any indication of a VM. I checked last night and I had 8. I don't know that it's an SPB thing though because I closed out SPB and there was no indicator there either. Now I really don't know what to do.
