Possible Fix For WeatherBug Widget Problems

This worked for me when I got the eternal "ring" of death. You know, when its stuck updating forever?

Open the widget bar. Tap weatherbug. Do not drag it out!

When it opens up the full screen view, tap update. Then set your update settings to manual.

After that, it worked for me just like before.
