More than 4 favorite phone numbers?

I love the favorite 4 widget but Ive got about 8 or 9 numbers that I would like to have at quick access. it seems that it takes about 10 key strokes to get to a number that I want to dial. am I missing something easy?

Yeah, switch to Samsung Today 2. You get a whole page dedicated to contacts.

OK, I'm there. now another newb question. Ive got 280 names in my contacts. How can I just have the 8 or 10 that I call the most without deleting from the permanent phone book?

On the today 2 screen, go to phonebook, click on one of the empty boxes, your contacts will come up, just choose one, your done. repeat till they are all full. And there is actually three pages for you to fill, if you want, just slid your finger up or down. Also no contacts are deleted, that I am aware of.

I do the same method as Tiki describes and confirm, no contacts are deleted in this process. Suggestion: make it easier on yourself and make sure any contacts you put on the Samsung 2 page have Caller ID photos in the contacts database. The pictures will show although a little distorted due to the sizing and re-sizing.

Or you could just get SPB mobile shell. They have customizable pages for contacts. I, like you, wish that I could expand the widget contacts from 4 to even 10. That would suit me just fine. I may have to look into the Samsung developers kit to start making my own widgets...eventually.
