Setting how often omnia connects to email

Im nooo to Omnia and this seems to be the best sight by far. Reading much. I am having battery issues. Im going to try the registry fix to shut down my data connection after 1 minute but...... When I set up my gmail account i put the check time at 5 min intervals. How can I go back and set this to 10 or more. Im pulling my hair out trying to get there. Thanx

Go to the inbox, menu, tools, options, tap Gmail and you will get "Send/Receive Schedule".

I have the i910 and when I go to inbox on opera it doesnt give me any options and when I go to gmail inbox in IE I tried menu, tools, options. It then goes to IE options. such as changing start page but theres nothing that refers to gmail.

dont go to your email thru opera of ie, goto your email thru the messaging application then go from there
