Adrynalyne...your really making me frustrated with my laptop not being compatible with WIN CE CAB Manager!!!! I wish I could open + repackage a couple CABs myself!!!!

Have you considered Virtual PC? Run XP in it. Then run WinCE Cab Manager in that.
