Well, firsst it would have to have a RUIM slot. Does the pre have one? How about the Omnia HD? Second and maybe most importantly this line: "The only requirements are that the phone is unlocked and compatible with the frequency band of the new carrier."
Except the Pre made for Sprint the others do not use the same frequencies that Verizon uses. Once LTE emerges from Verizon that may be a different story.
