I modified the original installer to include the black keyboard fix, and the Mod 7 (for larger keys, no arrows). I also added some custom graphics from the modding thread. This is the glossy theme.

Awesome looking keyboard! Have you used TouchPal and if so which do you prefer?

Im at a loss to what I prefer. I dont like any of the keyboards out, really. This one is mega easy to customize though.

Being that it works in landscape, and is free, this keyboard >Touchpal.

However, there is no T9 or xT9.

I checked it out, but the lack of t9 and xt9 made me switch back to TP pretty quick. Also I dont ever go to landscape except when viewing pics, so this was a no brainer for me personally. I do wish however TP had some customizations, but I will choose its functionality over its presentation.

This is SOOO much better than stock, and even quite a bit better than the SPB keyboard. I really like the hold-down function keys setup. Very accurate finger recognition too. I dig it... again, thanks Adrynalyne

Seeing as I don't use t9 or xt9, this looks like a nice keyboard for me to use. Are there any screen shots in landscape? Have there been any big glitches found in this keyboard since the OP?

That skin doesn't work so hot in Landscape, but it does work well.

Check that mod thread for changing it around in landscape, too.

I tried this out on both My Device and My Storage install locations after a hard reset. With it installed to My Storage I ran into some slight lag and a couple of times there were buttons stuck in the "pushed" graphic (most notably the spacebar and the keyboard toggle buttons) until I pushed the button again. Upon removing it from My Storage and putting it back it onto My Device, I didn't have those problems anymore. I'm sure your typing habits could also play a role in the perceived lag too, if you type slow like "tap tap tap tap tap" then I'm sure you won't notice it but if you type a bit faster like "tap tap tap tap" you might catch the lag with it in My Storage. Could just be me but there's my 2 cents lol.

PS - Adrynalyne, while I don't post much on here this happens to be one of my favorite forums and your efforts for the community don't go without notice. I thank you for your custom cabs and tips and tricks and hacks and all the other things you do here. Don't let a couple misinformed people ruin that for ya (yes, I believe I know which post you caught flack in and it wasn't, imo, appropriate).

not sure about the omnia, but on the tp both versions of this kb must be on main or it goes nutz. not speaking about this ops cab, just the other thread on version 1 and 2.
