Increasing Bluetooth headset volume on i910

So since yesterday I've been looking around trying to find a way to increase the volume coming from my Jawbone II when using it with my new Omnia.

I've tried both of these...
http://howardforums.com/showpost.php...&postcount=700

and...
http://www.samsung-omnia.org/how-to/...g4565/#msg4565

The first showed no signs of improvement, I'm afraid it might only be for the initial volume setting of the call. And the second just doesn't work cause it's for an i900

SO, am I just not finding how to change these settings, or can anyone point me in the direction of the propper search string or posting? I know it's out there, has to be a way

And yep, vol on the handset AND the headset are both all the way up. The noise cancelation works great, ppl can hear me in places loud enough that I can't hear them through the headset, which kinda defeats the purpose of using it, haha

Any and all help appreciated, thanks guys...

The first link on howard only increases the incoming call volume and the samsung-omnia.org link only works for the i900. You can try importing the registry on post # 2 on the following post http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=51532. I tried myself but I didn't hear any difference. I'm using a Jabra BT3030.

I'm working on that issue myself. I will post back if I make any breakthroughs. I've increased it some, but want to see if I can increase it more before I post my proposed solution.

Re: Increasing Bluetooth headset volume on i910

I have a jawbone 2 also and put the jabra ear gel on it. Use the smallest jawbone black ring thing and then put the jabra over it (which ever size fits your ear) and then you can take the ear hook off. It takes a little adjusting but as longas the white dot touches your face, it works great. I got mine from radio shack. I have used them on several other headsets as well. This is what you are looking for 6 0r 7 bucks at radio shack last time I bought them http://www.amazon.com/Jabra-1202-Ear.../dp/B00004WINT
