Question about upload dialogs..

Is there a way that we can setup an upload dialog that works for people like me who like to upload videos to youtube and twitter, etc..

I'd love to have a higher quality/longer video up there for people to see. MMS limits aren't very appealing.

Also, is there a way you can trick a sitel ike google into thinking you are a regular pc visitor, that way you can get to the dialog? Thanks guys
