hard reset

I see in the settings there is an icon labeled "hard reset". I am assuming this is like the 3 finger salute on the apache? it restores the phone to its original state like when I unboxed it?

I have been playing with mine a lot since I got it, installing and uninstalling lots of things, and I get errors every now and then and was thinking that now that I have figured out what I want for software, etc... doing a clean install would probably be a good idea.

also, does a hard reset clear out "my storage" also?

Hard reset only clears device storage if you choose reset all.

Hard Reset if your friend! Trust me, I've talk to it and ask for it's help over 20 times since I got the phone less than 4 months ago. Lol!!
