Question Speed up transition from Port. to Land.

Is there a hack to speed up the accelerometer on the Omnia i910??? With the animation it takes 1-2 seconds to change...is this normal? I was hoping for a super quick transition from portrait to landscape and then back again. Thanks in advance.

Change the sensitivity, and play with the animations. Some are a lot faster than others.

Somewhere I remember seeing a cache file for the landscape switch. It would make it quicker but I wasn't interested.

I adjust the glphcache (i think that's what it was) to 16384 and will see if that helps. Thanks,

not to say it isn't possible to speed up the accelerometer, but WinMo could be the culprit...although the Omnia is a great phone its greatness can't over come WinMo sluggishness at times....
