getting a custom taskbar for the omnia
hi ,
i am new here. i own an omnia and would like to ask if it is possible to customize the taskbar and the start icons. i saw and read that it is possible but it is mostly made for htc devices here and at xda. i have tried some of the taskbar customizing cabs, it worked fine except the start icon was not so good. read on xda how to change it and when i did, the signal icon on the taskbar returned to normal regular one, the icons in the programs and settings menu returned to normal, the taskmanager icons in the settings was totally messed up, like a black square with a questionmark on it and yes, when soft reseting the omnia, the boot screen of windows mobile ( the green one) and the start icon was totally misaligned, switched to left and down. i gues it is possible but for a noobie like me it is quite a hard task. is it possible to ask if its possible to get a compatible taskbar customizer for the omnia and a step by step detailed explanation of how to do it? much appreciated help, thnx |

Yeah--I customized mine. I'll have to find the thread over at XDA that tells you how.
