Question Setting up Microsoft Exchange

I'm trying to connect to my work exchange server and I'm having issues. The admin at work gave me the certificate to load on the phone, and when I try to set it up it fails to sync. I get an error the security certificate is not valid. I spoke with our admin and the certificate he gave me works on all the other employee phones. Anybody else have this issue and could help? Thanks

Re: Setting up Microsoft Exchange

I figured it out. The domain name typed into the phone has to match the security certificate or it wont authorize. I typed servername.com and it should have been www.servername.com. The www. does make a difference. FYI for anybody who has this issue. Thanks.
