I found a great video converter for the omnia

If you click on the dimentions just to the right of "video size" on the right where the stats for each conversion profile is then you will be able to insert custom settings into each of the categories. After that you'll be able to save those custom settings under any name you choose. I took the "general pocket pc excellent quality" profile and changed the video size.

The high quality setting will give you a movie at about a gig, the low quality setting gives you a pretty good movie at a MUCH lower memory cost.
